As Mental Health Week 2025 (May 5-9th) slowly approaches, the PCCFHT Mental Health Committee is bringing back the Compassion Award 2025.
Canadians face worrying levels of stress, anxiety, and loneliness heightened by social inequality, an affordability crisis, political divisiveness, and ongoing climate concerns. A call to be kind is more relevant than ever, especially given the many mental health benefits associated with compassion.
If you know someone who has demonstrated compassion in pursuing mental health, consider nominating them for the Compassion Award 2025. Visit the link for the criteria, info, and nomination form. The winners will be awarded a $100 gift card each which was made possible by our donations from Skillful Start, Vancea Financial, and DriverCheck (Ayr location)😊 Nominations close April 28th.
