We are a Family Health Team comprised of Physicians, Physician Assistant, Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Dietitians, Pharmacists, Chiropodist, Registered Social Worker, Respiratory Therapist, and an Administrative team. Our team is focused on improving access to comprehensive, patient-centered, team-based primary care, which supports and emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention, and enhances the management of individuals with chronic diseases through programs that are well linked with other local and community services.
PrimaCare is a great place to build a practice. We are a teaching team that works hand in hand with medical residents, co-op students and interns guiding them in their education while we in turn learn from them.
