That’s why we’re excited to offer a Mindfulness Project for our community, where we come together to practice being present.
Mindfulness Project is a welcoming space for anyone in the community who wants to slow down, de-stress, and connect more deeply with themselves and others.
Whether you’re new to mindful meditation or have an established practice, our group welcomes people of all levels.
Our goal is to come together to unwind, center ourselves, and cultivate mindfulness.
The group starts at 10am in the Community Room of the Hub.
