This February, PrimaCare Community FHT invites the community to join us at our free Blood Pressure Clinic every Wednesday 1:30-3:30pm and Friday 9:30-11:30am and have your blood pressure taken for your chance to win a grocery gift card! Located on the 1st floor community room at the Cowan Health Hub. Participants can fill out one ballot per day! You can enter multiple times if you come more than once during the month. It’s never too late to monitor your blood pressure and take control of your heart health.
